So big....

It seems like Zander hit 16 months and he isn't much of a baby anymore. He is actually very independent and he thinks he is alot older then he is.

I was going through clothes last week and my friend Tori gave me a bunch of her little guys old clothes. He saw the boots and wanted them on. They were a little big, but I put them on him and he wouldn't take them off. He loved them.

These boots are made for walking.

And that is what he did all day. He walked all over thinking he was the coolest kid around.

Then a little while later I went in his room to check on him and he was wearing his hat.

Hat and boots with no pants- my kind of kid.

He sees his brothers playing their leapsters, so he always goes and sits there and pretends to play.
He loves it.

He has to eat everything all by himself. He is actually not to bad. His favorite things to eat right now are soup( he loves it), Chicken Nuggets, noodles, ice cream and cupcakes.

After him feeding himself- we usually end up in the tub. The other night Lizzy jumped in with him. We were laughing so hard. Zander kept saying Uh Ohh. I think she was scared to death.

He loves to watch signing time and is very good at signing what he wants or needs. It has been awesome. Every night he watches it on our bed before we lay him down. One night Mike just layed down by him- he crawled over and just cuddled with him. Now every night it is there little thing. Mike loves it. It is so sweet.

He is growing up so fast. He is a sweetheart and is starting to talk a ton. He also started to fold his arms for prayer and he says Amen at the end. It's amazing how fast they pick up on things and how smart they are. It is a very busy and hard age, but at the same time it is so fun.

We are loving our Zander.
