Christmas in Full Swing

I love this time of year. I think I am as bad as a little kid- I can't wait for Christmas.
December always goes by way to fast.

Here is what we have been up to.

Breakfast with Santa
At the first of December we went to Breakfast with Santa with my family. It was awesome. We ate breakfast, decorated cookies, face painting, games and then Santa. My boys loved it.

Zander didn't like Santa this year. I wasn't going to force him on his lap, so I hurried and sat by him. He still didn't like him.

They had Mrs. Clause reading books. She was so cute.
Some of the cousins
It was a fun new tradition that I think we will do every year.

Murdoch Party
Every year I look forward to the Murdoch Christmas Party. It is fun to see everyone and the family keeps growing. I think there was 78 of us this year.

We had a little program and Cole played "Jolly Old Saint Nicholas"
I was so proud of him. He has been taking lessons for about 6 weeks and is doing amazing.

We had all the great grand kids do the nativity. It was great. My cousin Kara sang while all the kids came in. It was really neat. Jayce and Hanks were donkey's. They were pretty protective of TJ. TJ was playing baby Jesus and was so cute and just smiled.Cole was a wiseman.

All the kids- well pretty much all of them. Missing the babies and some of the kids that ran out of the picture. Pretty hard to get all 30 of them in there.

Varney Party
A few nights later we had the Varney party. We have pizza and play bingo. It is alot of fun too.

Grandpa calling out the Bingo numbers. He has had the Bingo game for as long as I remember. He gives money to the winners. It bring back alot of memories when I was little.

Jayce was a big winner. I think Mike actually won first and got the grand prize, but Jayce loved his dollar.

Zander just enjoyed the ice cream.

And Cole won a candy jar and was so excited about that.

Jayce's Christmas Program
Jayce had his preschool Christmas program. It was darling. His teacher does such a wonderful job. He did the Pledge in the microphone and did such a good job. We were so proud of him.

Jayce with some of his good friends.

The songs were so cute and really got you in the Christmas spirit. I think he has been singing them since October.

Grandma and Grandpa Varney came. He was so excited. He loves them.

And of course we were there. We left Zander home with a babysitter. I took him to the dress rehearsal earlier that day and he wanted to dance with the kids on the stage and kept yelling----JAYCE--- so I decided we needed to leave him.

Grandma Varney's Birthday
For my Mom's birthday they took us all to lunch. We had a great time. Happy Birthday Mamma- I love you.

Dinner with Friends
Our friends called us to go to dinner. So we went to Chick fil a. The best idea ever. The kids ate and played and we got to talk and visit. They also had a special visitor. The Santa Cow.
More good time's with Friends
We had dinner with some of our good friends and the kids wanted to do the Nativity for us, so they got it all ready and did it. It was so cute.

Cole was Joseph and Lexie was Mary. They are such good little friends. It is so fun.
Zander just ran around. That is all he does.

NICK our Elf
Last year we started the tradition of Elf on the Shelf. It has been so much fun. Our Elf's name is Nick and he comes on Dec 1 and leaves on Christmas Eve. This year he has been pretty good at hiding each day. The kids wake up and that is the first thing they do.
We love Nick.

Jayce's Birthday
Jayce had a wonderful Birthday. He is at such a fun age. All he wanted was to have a Friend Birthday Party and a skateboard. He is pretty easy to please. So he got his skateboard.

Then later we had his Birthday Party. 11 little boys. At first I thought maybe I was crazy, but we went to" Jump on It" and they were great and we had so much fun. We left Zander with a babysitter and Mike loaded up his truck and I loaded up my car and we were off. The boys were all so great and such good little friends. They jumped hard and Mike and I just laughed the whole time. It was pure entertainment. Jayce loves his friends. He is our little social boy.

Max, Tyler, Hanks, Griffin, Jayce, Stetson, Max, Aiden, Deegen, Landon and Cole.

He also got to celebrate his Birthday at school and they made these little Reindeer antlers and nose. It was so cute and he had so much fun.

Okay- I think I am caught up. Only 2 more days. We are pretty excited around here. Lot's of family and parties the next few days.
Merry Christmas.
